no place to sit down for breakfast. room was clean. refrigerator did not work. no soft pad on ironing board. some damage to tile in bathroom.

Mattresses were not encased for protection of bed bugs!! Mattresses were stained and dirty. Exit doors were not always securely looked at night, depending on staff. Grounds were not maintained. Garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. Drapes did not close, so no privacy. Heater/ac sounded like it wanted to die.

Lost reservations!!

We were in town for a wedding and called ahead to be sure we could check in around 10pm, lady said sure no problem. Get to hotel, no one at from desk, rang bell several times, the help was out smoking. She said I didn’t have a reservation!! Asked if they any rooms and what is the government rate, she said she had no idea. I’m like are you serious, did nothing to make it right.

We were double charged for our stay. Had to contact the state police for assistant to start a complaint about fraud charges. The hotel manager was terrible. Didn’t want to help. Kept telling us to contact our bank. The young man who checked us out was extremely helpful. Went above & beyond to help understand what happened. There should be more staff that want to help. This type of customer service has been lost. This young man should be a manager one day.

Disappointing Hotel Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. When we arrived on the 3rd floor it had a smell of what reminded me of dog. Our room itself was VERY small for the money paid. They bathroom did not appear clean. The caulking in the bathroom was dirty. Not to mention the water pressure was terrible and the water would change from ice cold to scolding hot.

Don't think I'll stay here again!

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance. I stayed here with my daughter and the first night was miserable! I asked the guy at the counter if I could switch my room and he said no. The comforter was gross he did end up getting us a new one. The fridge was so loud the ac unit was loud.. And all you could hear was thumping up and down stairs and the side door slamming all hours of the night. Kids being loud. Also The toilet in our room felt like it would tip over when you sat on it! So The next day I asked the lady at the desk counter if we could switch rooms she switched me right away! She Moved me to 3rd floor the room was smaller then the first night which was ok but not what i paid for, the bed was more comfortable, the fridge didn't make noise and the ac unit was quiet! The room was clean. But I didn't get offered anything no refund no nothing for the bad experience from the night before. Over priced for such a crap stay!

No rollaways

We had reserved a rollaway as had a friend that also booked a room here. We were told there was a charge which we agreed to. It turns out that several teams were staying there and they gave our rollaways to them. There response was that their desk clerk was new. We were stuck with some of our party having no where to sleep. Several young teams staying there were noisy
