We felt completely at home here! Initially we had booked another condo on the beach, and it was a disaster. After one night there, we found this gem and couldn't move fast enough. With 3 children and a dog, we knew the other place was going to make for a miserable vacation, and we were so happy to find this available. While we weren't on the beach, it turns out it didn't matter at all. Right behind our condo was a little pond, with ducks and geese right at your back door and the kids spent so much time just watching them. The pool was fabulous! And the property was fantastic for walking the dog, taking quiet walks, with plenty of yard space nearby for the kids to play. It was quiet and relaxing and the neighbors were very friendly. The condo itself was spotless, and had everything we needed. The whole place was like a sanctuary after our previous experience! I would definitely go back and wouldn't care that it wasn't on the beach. There are two state parks nearby with beautiful beach access, and we spent much of our time there. The condo was next to the golf course, and mini golf at the place next door was included with our stay. It was right in the heart of Garden City with all the restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Marsh Walk (which is a fantastic area to eat and hang out).Also, I can't say enough great things about the staff at Rose Realty, who we booked through for this condo. They were so helpful and so friednly! Due to our VERY last minute reservation, they got us in right then since it was vacant, and though they didn't think they would have a person available to put the sheets on the beds (and I didn't expect them to), we walked in to find that the person who took our linens to the condo had in fact made all the beds for us! I was so surprised and relieved, and it was so nice to walk in and just put our luggage down. And we felt right at home from the first minute we walked in!Absolutely would recommoned...5+ stars!!!!
