The property had all the space that we needed and was surface level clean. Could probably use a deep cleaning under beds and in drawers, etc. The clothes dryer needs replaced. It didn't work consistently and when it did work, any load of towels had to be run 2-3x before they were finally dry. There was an issue one day with the hot tub, but Fred came and fixed it. If you get the linen package, they provide 2 bath towels per room. It would have been nice to have more due to the dryer not working properly. There are not any throw blankets in the living room or bedrooms, that would have been nice to have. We ended up buying our own and leaving some of them there. Overall the property was lovely and the beach was a very easy walk across the street. For the above mentioned reasons, I feel it was maybe a tad overpriced, but mostly great. I did love that there were 3 refrigerators, we used all of them. Fred is the gem of the property. He was very quick to respond and very accommodating of any questions or issues we had!
