The direct beach access, the heated pool and hot tub, the bright and spacey interior, and the general cleanliness of this house makes for a great fanily vacation every year.

Nice balcony and super beachy views. Rooms were clean and lots of towels and linens were provided. Every kitchen appliance in the world!

A couple things that could be better: get rid of coffee table and put big ottoman there, 2 rockers on porch had arms that were broken, washing machines spin cycle on first washing doesn’t work you had to do the second spin to get clothes spun dry. We would definitely come back😀

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve always stayed in a condo and this was the first time staying in a home. There is no going back! This home was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable (the twins beds were not quite as comfortable), The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. It was bike week, so it was a little noisy but we expected that. The kitchen could have been better organized but had everything we needed.

Mainly disappointed in the mgmt company who never supplied some is the items we asked for. We talked to the company 3x, and they said it would be delivered each time. I gave up calling them. For what I paid for a week, sorely disappointed!

The only negative we have and have had for 2 years now, is the queen mattress upstairs is AWFUL. Two people cannot sleep in it as there is a hole in the middle and the 2 people roll into each other in the middle of the bed. r

We filled both refrigerators and used the laundry room every day. All the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Being steps from the ocean and private pool with hot tub made it relaxing and convenient. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the deck. We were just minutes away from the many seafood restaurants on hwy 17.

Wish Hot Tub had been usable

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd stay at this property. (My sister has rented as well). I only wish that I had been contacted ahead of time that the hot tub was not going to be usable during our stay and offered alternative rental options or a chance for full refund to seek other options. Last year it was broken as well. The weather was cooler and we were looking so forward to this amenity. When I reached out upon their opening on Monday, I was simply told it was not likely going to be fixed for our stay and a very small ( not even one night) fee is supposed to be refunded. It hasn’t yet been refunded. For well over 5,000.00 for a 1 week stay, I expected better customer service. Rugs were dirty and need to be replaced. Same ones as original stay years ago. Upstairs master bed squeaks every time you roll over and kitchen is badly organized. TVs in bedrooms are very small. Table in living area was broken upon arrival and peg was in a plastic bag on the table. Location is perfect and views are wonderful. But so are hundreds of other properties that would have been less expensive with working hot tub.

A few friendly suggestions: the queen mattress upstairs is awful, needs to be replaced as well as the twin next to the windows downstairs. Need some sharp knives in kitchen and a good frying pan. We had some very loud neighbors next door this year. Had to call management and they were helpful. Hopefully, they won't be there next year!

The yard was as clean as could be at the time. We had plenty of room and everything we needed in this house. If there is anything I would've changed it would be the thermostat. The house was hot at 73 and the rule was not to change the thermostat from 73. But over all, we had a great time staying in this beautiful house. The people at Garden City realty were exceptional. We will be back! Thank you to Cathy, Pam, Bob and Jackie.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Driftwood was fantastic. Spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean and a view from the deck to die for. The only critique I have, and it is very minor, is the TVs in the bedroom are very small and the kitchen cabinets are not organized at all. There is no room for food in the cabinets because of the poor organization. We used the small plastic shelves in the laundry to store our food items.The kitchen was equipped great, it just needs to be organized! The 3 refrigerators were awesome and the icemaker was great. Loved the pool, the rocking chairs on the deck and the nice grill. I have already booked for next year. I'm praying that Hurricane Ian didn't damage this beautiful beach house.
