A truly versatile three level townhouse that offers all the serenity and convenience of a true beach house, this is the second townhouse from the beach, just a few steps from the sandy beach with an oversized two car garage, two large balconies overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a sunny kitchen with open and airy living and dining areas uniquely positioned to provide ocean views from every room! Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom king size bed or balcony. Take a break from the afternoon sun by enjoying a meal on the living room balcony.
The beach house is decorated with local art to give a cozy nautical beach feel.
Known as “Seafood Capital of South Carolina” where the dining, shopping, golfing and entertainment experience meets the highest standards, this unique community offers an amazing lifestyle.
Take a walk down the beach to the Garden City Beach Pier and local shops. There are several restaurants , beach shops, cafes, and local drinking establishments with live entertainment all with a small beach town vibe.

This beach townhouse is amazing. It is right on the beach and the views from the balconies are perfect. It had everything we needed and just felt like home. Communication with the owner was great, he is very fast to respond and very nice to speak with. We will definitely be coming back soon and would recommend it to everyone.
