"This was the first BW where they put a $75 hold on the room, but released it upon checkout. I'm guessing they have had issues in the past, and this is a little protection. They said all BW are independently owned. I also called at 10am prior to check-in at 3pm and they said I could get early check-in. Upon my arrival at 2pm he said the room wasn't ready yet? If my room was reserved, why didn't he tell me that at 10??? Additionally, this BW had the hardest bed for a BW, so I hope you don't mind a firm mattress."
