Great value

Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too. Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away. Nearby theres an excellent curry house and a few other eateries.

This hotel was in a fairly industrial area, which was not well represented in the description. There was a garage immediately in front of it that started banging at 0700. I wish I had known this when reserving.

No frills room to lay your head

This property was disappointing. We were traveling for pleasure and based on the reviews, gave it a try. First of all it is located within a car repair center. Our window view was of the car park and in the morning we were woken up by mechanics banging away. But since we were planning on checking out the area that wasn’t too bad of a concern. However every night coming back to the hotel you see a bunch of men outside smoking. On one night there was a man in his underwear going up the staircase. I felt like this property is suited more for single men who just need to sleep for the night. The unit did not have a coffee maker or hair dryer. Due to Covid the restaurant on site was not open and the hotel staff was only there from 8 AM to 8 PM. Luckily we didn’t have any issues that would’ve required assistance but if we had I don’t know what we would have done. The gentleman who checked us in was nice enough to give us a map of the city and give us some advice on how to get to the train. The price we paid was outrageous for the property amenities and location. Unless you just need a place to lay your bed at night look elsewhere.

When I arrived, the reception was closed from a certain period during the day, but when she got there, she was so nice. There's no lift/elevator, and she helped me w/ my luggage (strong lady!). Light breakfast, good coffee. Internet was horrible. Kept going on/off, especially when you have homework to do. Parking was difficult to get into the first day, but they had enough spaces and my rental car wasn't damaged in the tight squeezes, so I'm happy for that. At least they have parking.

Comfortable place, good staff

It was really nice, I stayed in this hotel for two nights, the staff are very nice and friendly, they are also helpful gave me useful recommendations. The breakfast is 5€ but totally worth it. The room is quite clean and comfortable.

Das bei Hotels.com angepriesene Abendrestaurant und die Hotelbar gibt es schon lange nicht mehr und FrĂŒhstĂŒck unter der Woche nur bis 8.30 Uhr. Das Hauptproblem ist aber der LĂ€rm bis tief in die Nacht im extrem hellhörigen Haus und davor im Hinterhof von Autowerkstatt und Spielhalle mit ParkplĂ€tzen in diesem Hinterhof. Ab 20.00 Uhr aber kein Hotelpersonal mehr da. Wir hatten bei unseren langfristigen Buchungen extra um Zimmer nicht zur Autowerkstatt gebeten und als Antwort erhalten, dass der Wunsch notiert sei. Erst vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass es Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad in solcher Lage gar nicht gibt. Nicht gelogen, aber ganz ĂŒbles Verhalten.

Einfach aber sauber. Das Hauptproblem ist aber der LĂ€rm im und vor dem extrem hellhörigen Haus, welches auch noch im Hinterhof einer Autowerkstatt und einer Spielhalle mit Ihren ParkplĂ€tzen liegt. Mal lĂ€rmen die Zimmernachbarn bis weit nach 2.00 Uhr nachts, mal lautstarkes unterhalte n der Raucher auf den zum Teil sogar ĂŒberdachten SitzplĂ€tzen direkt vor den Fenstern und mal stundenlanges lautes unterhalten der Spielhallenbesucher bei ihren Autos bis weit nach 1.00 Uhr nachts. Hotelpersonal ist ab 20.00 Uhr nicht mehr da. FĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte oder erholsamen StĂ€dteurlaub völlig ungeeignet.

Otin huoneen omalla kylpyhuoneella, no se tarkoitti vain ettÀ huoneessa oli suihkukoppi nurkassa. WC oli siis yhteis-WC jaettu kaikkien huoneiden kesken. Ovissa ei juuri ÀÀnieristystÀ niin kÀytÀvÀltÀ kuului paljon melua kun ihmiset kÀvi vessassa ja tupakalla yms. Kaikki hotellin parkkipaikat oli varattuja saapuessa, samassa pihassa on paljon kasinon parkkipaikkoja mutta oletettavasti niistÀ saa ÀkkiÀ sakot jos niihin jÀttÀÀ ajoneuvon. Onneksi olin liikkeellÀ moottoripyörÀllÀ niin sen sai jÀtettyÀ kulkuvÀylÀn sivuun eikÀ sakkoja tullut.
