Five stars justified. Juhu beach is literally in the back yard. Food and staff awesome. If you book two rooms with free breakfast, make sure server knows that. Although they corrected it, we got one free breakfast and one they charged. Definitely planning to be back when in Mumbai.

Fantastic stay, but being a popular place can cause issues!

Fantastic Hotel. Good location - on beach, close to airport, near to Bandra which is one of the good shopping districts approx 20mins away in traffic. Excellent security. Great service at welcome and check in. Great service with transfer to room. Great facilities, great outdoor area with poolside service and attentive staff there. Restaurants and food options very amenable to allowing choice and range. Only gripe would be the breakfast service - being very busy hotel and popular, they get many visitors from outside also visiting hotel which means space is a premium, would have thought they would accommodate for this but they really struggled when we were there. Not very manmy tables considering the size of hotel. Very long line with waitlist to get a table, once we got a table we were told to go get our food, however upon our return the table had been taken by another group. We waited around with plates of food in hand for another table to become available, and by the time we got to sit and eat they were closing the buffet and advising there would be no extension to service. When you're paying top dollar for a hotel and breakfast, the very least would be that they make sure to provide said inclusions when there is no faul of ours. Definitely would recommend staying there overall, but perhaps either allow 2hours for breakfast, or do not stay on weekends when they are clearly busier than other days!

Best gym, but

The absolute best athletic club in any Mumbai hotel:not an old Universal gym in a converted bedroom, but a large, fully-functioning weight / aerobic room. On the other hand, you're surcharged for *everything* - with a base room, for example, you need to pay US$20 / day additional simply to connect to the internet. I've stayed in cheap (US$*** / night) hotels in Milan, London and New York where internet is free; why can't a US$***/ night hotel in India accomplish the same?
