Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, lobby was cute and location was great. However, listing pictures did not match accommodations provided. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes and bleach. Hotel had a worn, run-down feel. Lobby, hallways and breakfast bar were always cold, and the room heating struggled. Spent most of the time bundled up in a place where we were paying to get out of the cold.

The Hotel is located in a great central place, 10 mins walking from Train Station, centrally located for shops and Xmas markets. However, there was no room service as such - only change towels upon request. no bed make up, no coffee/tea top up from the first day (was there3 days) - no change of cups for drinks the next day.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This looks average from the outside, but inside it’s a hidden gem. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The room was nice and we had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast room was also a hidden surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Although the location of the hotel can't be beat, and it is SUPER cute, staff friendly and helpful, they booked us into a room with no heat in December! When we called down to the desk and said the room was cold and we couldn't get the heat to work, they informed us that this room the heat wasn't working and there was a space heater in the room. Well there was not space heater but they promptly brought us one. The room is SUPER small. But because of there extremely good location and great access to parking that leads you right into the hotel, I would stay here again.

Should not be listed as VIP access property. Front desk told us they were specifically told to not honor it. Our TV did not work, so we had to move rooms. They told us they knew it didn’t work. Why would they put us in a broken room? View was much better in 2nd room, so they could have at least given us that room to begin with. Great location, though.

2e séjour dans cet hotel. En hypercentre, le marché de Noël est au pied de l'hôtel. Des chambres avec une vue extraordinaire. Le lobby est magnifique décoré pendant les fetes. Le petit déj vaut le détour. Et cerise sur le gâteau...le personnel est tellement génial
