The whole Staff at Marriott Courtyard Lakeland was Amazing!!! They all work together to give the best service. I stopped by to tell this to the hotel manager. I was so impressed and enjoyed my stay.

Property was in middle of renovations. Workers were hammering at 8 a.m. Air conditioner not working properly. Hot water lukewarm in vanity. Hallway carpet filthy. Only 1 elevator and it was duct taped. Front desk staff barely visible nor asked how stay was when checking out. We were very disappointed in facility and it was not the standard we were expecting.
