Beautiful private terrace (36 m²). Large carefully landscaped and flowered garden. Pleasant Prairie countryside setting. Beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and the massif des Bauges. In the heart of the Aix countryside between lake and mountain! 15km from the slopes (Savoie Grand Revard) and 3km from Aix-les-Bains, famous spa and seaside town, classified as "Art and History".
