This holiday home with a swimming pool in the Alpilles offers a closed garden of 3000 m² with access via an electric gate. The garden is carefully planted and flowered, ideal for absolute relaxation. It consists of:
- A pleasant heated swimming pool on request (5x10 m, depth from 0.7m to 2m, in service from 1st May to 31st October, accessible by steps) with a safety barrier protection system, for absolute safety for children, located at the front of the house, equipped with parasols and sun loungers.
- A 43 m² terrace fitted with a dining table and a built-in barbecue.
- A covered terrace of 12 m² with a pleasant garden lounge.
- Pétanque balls available for adults and children

Très charmante demeure, vaste et bien équipée. La décoration provencale discrète dans les tons verts et jaunes pales rend l'atmosphère chaleureuse. Tout est parfaitement propre et entretenu et un aimable monsieur vient tondre la pelouse et controler la belle piscine chauffée. Le jardin de 3000m2 est superbe et tres bien clos nos chiens avaient la un environnement idéal; la propriété est très tranquille.

House was o.k., but not more.Lot of stuff are old. Kitchen stuff all there but thousand times used. Need to be replaced !!!Beds are too soft and all the chairs are for kids or outside.The price for this house is too high....sorry.Yves was top !!!

Sehr grosszügiges Anwesen in grossem, eingezäuntem Garten mit beheiztem Pool.
Der Service der Agentur ist perfekt.
Ganz kleine Beanstandung: Viel zu viel Geschirr; man könnte schätzungsweise 20 Personen bewirten.

Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, großzügiges u abgeschlossenes Grundstück
Ein schönes Haus in gutem Zustand und mit sehr ordentlicher Küchenausstattung. Reichlich bequeme Liegen und Sitzmöbel für den Garten. Pool ist anders als auf den Bildern gezeigt umzäunt - das sieht nicht ganz so schön aus, ist aber ein großes Plus für die Kindersicherheit. Für den Urlaub mit Hund bietet das vollständig umzäunte, sehr großzügige Grundstück beste Bedingungen. Sehr freundlicher u hilfreicher Kontakt vor Ort. Um ein Problem mit dem Internet wurde sich sofort gekümmert, so dass schon nach kurzer Zeit alles wieder funktionierte.

Wohlfühlen am Fuße der Alpilles
Positiv: sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus (insb. die Küche), riesiges, vollkommen abgeschlossenes, ruhig gelegenes und schön bepflanztes Grundstück, viel Platz und jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad ( das hat man selten! )
Negativ: die Gartenmöbel samt Auflagen bedürfen dringend der Erneuerung, der Pool war kalt, obwohl er als "beheizt" angebotenen wurde (nicht als "beheizbar gegen Entgelt wie von der Agentur vor Ort auf Nachfrage behauptet) - aus den genannten Gründen deshalb nur 4 Sterne.
Mouries: gute, zentrale Lage, das Notwendigste ( Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt) sind vorhanden, allerdings kein Restaurant geöffnet und auch ansonsten etwas öde.

Perfetta per rilassarsi e visitare i dintorni.
Sicuramente in primavera ed estate ancor meglio perchè ci si gode anche lo splendido giardino.
