Very nice hotel and super friendly staff

The room was simple, comfortable and what we needed. Plenty of space for a family of three plus our dog. The kitchen was super helpful with early mornings and the location is perfect if you’re not into driving everywhere and worrying about parking.

It was okay

Pros: The location was great, within walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: The room was small for a family of four, but it was okay since we were just there for one night. I would not have wanted to stay longer. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the hot water in the shower ran out 2 minutes into my shower. There were also little gnats flying all over the room. All in all, if I ever go back to Steamboat Springs, I will stay somewhere else.

When you pick the hotel because it has a pool and then, upon arrival, see that the pool is empty and under construction you have some very disappointed kids. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff was helpful and courteous.

The door had an electronic lock, which operated, but when I went to lock the deadbolt it wouldn't work(night lock). I ended up pushing the dresser in front of the door. I let the front desk know, but nothing was done. It was quiet and clean. Noticed the door jab had had some prior damage.

Nice affordable hotel for this generally overpriced area. Room was nice sized and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and clean. We liked the table and chairs and large refrigerator. There could have been a couple more lamps, especially on the table and nightstand. Area is a little noisy, but the hotel is right downtown. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Quaint but very pleasant.

Good experience in Steamboat.

Hotel has great location near eateries and all shops on the main street. Price was good and front desk staff very courteous. I rated overall and service one number lower since they do housekeeping only on request.
