There was no hot water. Made showering impossible. They didn't charge us for our stay, which was as it should be. if the water problem was fixed then it was an ok place to stay for the price.

The bathroom was freezing cold so no shower. The staff could only be reached by some remote tv thing and were unable to adress our concerns or assist in solving an issue. I tried calling the day beforeto let them know I would be arriving late. I called 17 times and was hung up on before i could speak a word. I called Wyndem as i am a rewards member and even they couldnt get them to answer. I will never stay here again. Amd i brought everything to the person on the tv screen and she didnt care

Stay was okay for the $. Room could use a good Deep Clean for sure! (Corners, top of base boards in bathroom, heater/ac, etc, not been cleaned or even wiped in a very long time) Old rusty lamps could be spray painted if you can never afford to update. Beds were comfortable. Check in process fine. Parking not a problem.

Good value. Stayed one night. Check in was a new experience. There’s a kiosk in front of the check in desk that has a video screen with a young man stationed in Wisconsin to walk you through the check in process. It scan your license, captures your cc info for incidentals, and dispenses programmed room keys. This is for when the front desk attendant isn’t available. Personally, I’m not a fan, but it does the job.

Room was spotless. However, housekeeping swiped my 3.5x charger and told front desk when I called that they found nothing in the room after we checked out. I don't appreciate theft. While I should've checked one last time before leaving, usually housekeeping is supposed to turn in any items found to the front desk. So... other travelers... check your room one last time before leaving or your items left might be swiped. Gave a 4 star but I was impressed with the cleanliness and preparedness of the room and what was offered. Deducted 1 star for the theft.
