I never take time to write reviews, but this was bad enough to take the time. Positives: location, and friendly staff. Breakfast was acceptable (your average hotel hot breakfast). The front check-in staff was helpful, friendly, and very positive! Negatives: overall cleanliness was horrible! Stained furniture, ceiling falling apart, curtains stained with blood. We could see through our door to the hallway. Towels were old, and discolored, fridge was not cold and smelled horrible. Security safety issues: the dude door never locked at night, and anyone could enter. The hallway was dirty with chunks of mud that were never cleaned after 4 nights. The room service said they would clean after 3rd night, but the sheets were never cleaned, and towels weren’t restocked. No soap or blow dryer. The hot tub was still broken (but not a deal breaker). This hotel needs a TON of changes before I would ever stay again. They’re taking advantage of the fact that there are not many options for hotels in the area.

Won’t stay again.

The tub drained very slow. The refrigerator didn’t work. This is our sixth stay and it last stay. Each time we stay it gets worse. Staff is great!!!!

When we got in the room there was a big stain on the bedding. The furniture was broken. The toilet was dirty. There was no hairdryer. Shower curtain was torn. Shower head was crusty

Overall it was fine if you need somewhere to stay. I spent the week. The first impression was not great. The garbage cans at the front entrance were full and overflowing everyday. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels everyday because they were always out and they would only hand out one at a time. The ice machine was broken and out of service all week. My key cards would only work for 1-2 days and then they stopped working and I had to go to the desk and have them reprogrammed. ( I saw others having to do the same) The room was clean and quiet but it needs a remodel. Lots of wear and tear. Housekeeping comes every three days, but only leaves 1 set of towels and the didn’t empty the garbage cans in the room. Again it’s fine if you can’t find anywhere else to stay but there are newer/better options in town.

nice overnight for the area.

the suite was comfortable. the ice machine was broken but the refrigerator was okay. the desk staff was friendly. breakfast was average. all in all about what one would expect.

Location was good and the area was safe. There was a Walmart within walking distance. The hot tub in the pool area looked like it had been out of service for some time. Our room was poorly cleaned. The water barely trickled from the facet, dirty tub, and floor grout. The valve used to make the shower function took a lot of effort to operate.Ice maker was out of order. Breakfast area was the shining star of this visit. That area was clean and the food was good!

The hotel rooms need updates

Our toilet was dirty and the towels were dirty which we were only provided 1 towel no wash clothes and 2 hand towels. Very out dated. Breakfast was ok, eggs cold, not well protected with all the diseases on the rise
