We stayed in the east wing, which is a new addition to hotel. Somehow they were able to make the new wing look like it was old. It was disgustingly dirty, looked like 10,000 people had stayed in it before us, and someone tried cleaning it with one clorox wipe before we arrived. We had 1 towel and could not get anymore due to “the hotel being busy.” The door to our room had its own quirks where it would take 5-minutes of attempting varying strategies to get it open. When I first tried to open the door, it felt like it was locked on the inside by the latch lock. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

We have stayed here before; it has gone down hill. Food was, at best, adequate. Towels wee flimsy; staff could not print a statement before we left; it was noisy during the night.
