Overall our stay was good we did have dinner the room was good, shuttle bus to the terminal was good. The restaurant service was not good, our drink order was taken by a staff person but did not arrive and we asked another staff person, who then gave us our drinks. Food was cold when it arrived at our table, can’t really recommend the restaurant.

We stayed overnight as we had to catch an early flight the next morning. Have stayed here before. Only minutes away from the terminal. Shuttle bus it or just walk across. Much cheaper than other hotels in the area

Room was large, very clean. Coffee making facilities good. The restaurant was overpriced, cold. I ordered a well done steak sandwich, it was rare & cold…full of fat & gristle. The butter chicken was more like a soup, with very little chicken. Service in restaurant was slow

Checkin took ages.. not too sure what was happening, then I was sent to the wrong room! Eventually got to my room after reporting back to reception. The room was tired, old, felt creepy and dirty, wash basin had hair in it, cracks and the bath looked like it was a couple of centuries old with spots and dirt marks everywhere. Not sure how people can run a business like this

The reception staff were friendly and efficient but the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. As a result my wife and I slept poorly which effectively negated the expected benefit of being close to the airport. We booked the shuttle, a trip of some few minutes but rather than drop us at the Terminal we were dumped in the carpark and had to walk some distance to reach the pedestrian crossing. The shuttle is a waste of time and money.

I have stayed here a few times. It is tired but serviceable. About a 10 minute walk from the terminals. The shuttle is free to the hotel but you have to pay to go to the terminals. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong if you are after a nights sleep before or after your flight.

Hotel location is good although works in the area and lack of signage from airport are a problem. Bed, room temp, pillows and doona are excellent. IHG are a global brand with brand standards. Understanding that this is an older hotel, the room itself is not in great condition, here you have a big, generous space with room to swing a cat but NO couch. When you have a global brand, all hotels should meet that standard. BTW, breakfast was excellent. This, for some, is the first or last impression that travellers will get when coming into our state. It's a lot of responsibility.
