Beautiful Neo provencal Villa with its private pool in a secured domain

Welcome to our Neo Provençale style Villa located in a private and gated domain, Font de l'Orme district in Mougins.

We live there with our 2 young children and you will find all the necessary comfort for daily life.

The salt pool is completely private, heated and fully secure thanks to an automatic rigid shutter.

A true haven of peace, the estate is very calm and invites you to zen.
The house is fully air-conditioned (in summer) and has a pellet stove (in winter).

You will enjoy the studio in the garden (built in 2022) in which there is a bedroom and a bathroom + WC

The villa is very bright. We offer 1 bedroom, Sofitel MyBed king size bed and another room that can be used as a bedroom or office (on request) as well as 2 bathrooms (+ the outside studio).

You will be able to work from anywhere thanks to our fiber connection (even from the terrace 😉) thanks to our internet fiber.

On the garden side, a Weber barbecue awaits your grills. There is a climatic pergola, a synthetic lawn area and a vegetable garden from which you can harvest vegetables if you are lucky.

For young children, we provide books and toys as well as pool toys.

Private parking in front of the villa (with reinforced plug for hybrid or electric car)

Wonderful vacation in Mougins

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful week of vacation here over summer. Everything work really well. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was excellent already from the time of booking and check-in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well equipped, and the owners had gathered a very useful book of practicalities, tips and tricks for what to see and do in the area. Pool area was great. Nice restaurants and small boutiques in the nearby area and of course so many things to see and do. All in all, really we had a really wonderful time

Maison magnifique,fonctionnelle,pratique,faite avec beaucoup du goût,jardin très agréable à l’abri des regards,super piscine. Propriétaires très sympa,d’ailleurs merci Benoît et Caroline! Tout pour pouvoir se détendre.
