Parking:
There is parking for a maximum of four vehicles. The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.

Boat trailers may be parked on the street for up to three days; for longer stays between April and September, trailers should be parked in the gravel area next to the driveway.

Camping trailers are not permitted, and the garage is not available for guest use.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Camper Policy
Camper trailers are not permitted at the property.

Parking
A maximum of four vehicles is allowed at the property.

Exterior Security Cameras
There is one exterior security camera located on the garage that records motion only. Please note that there is also a security camera inside the garage.

Accessibility
Two steps are required to enter the home. A bathroom is located on the first floor.

No Garage Use
The garage is not available for guest use.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
