This was our third time staying at this condo. All of our stays have been great! Each time we have stayed here, the owner has made improvements from our prior visit. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to load and unload. The unit is also very quiet which makes for a great night’s sleep. The owners are great hosts and they are quick to respond to any questions. The condo is also well stocked with starter supplies and Dollar General is close by if you need to pickup. The condo has been clean and comfortable for all of our visits and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. We have enjoyed all of our stays and we will definitely be back!!!

Condo was very clean, had everything needed to cook a meal, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable,pool was large and never crowded. View from balcony was amazing. The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived.

We had a great time. We started out this weekend trip looking for a striper fishing trip. Which we booked with smokymountainfishingco.com. that led us to finding this condo. It had everything we wanted and needed. it was very clean, it was on the first floor ... Bonus! The view was right over the lake. Quick driving to Morristown where there was plenty of shopping. I love being able to cook if I want to. Do my laundry before leaving. Relax in the evening. This had it all. Very efficient owners and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.
