"⭐☆☆☆☆ Nossa experiência neste hotel foi absolutamente inaceitável e transformou nossa tão sonhada lua de mel em um enorme transtorno. Ao chegar, nos deparamos com um ambiente completamente diferente do que esperávamos para uma hospedagem que se apresenta como destino de lazer e descanso. O quarto apresentava paredes descascando, infiltrações visíveis, manchas de umidade e mofo em diversos locais. Em alguns pontos, a pintura estava se soltando da parede, evidenciando um problema antigo e sem manutenção adequada. Como pessoa com alergia severa a mofo, fiquei extremamente preocupada com minha saúde. Não se trata apenas de uma questão estética, mas de segurança. Ambientes com mofo podem desencadear crises respiratórias graves, e considero inadmissível que um estabelecimento receba hóspedes em condições como essas. Além disso, áreas do hotel apresentavam sinais claros de abandono e falta de conservação. Encontramos uma piscina em obras, estruturas improvisadas, áreas isoladas por lonas e um aspecto geral de descuido que em nada combina com a experiência anunciada. A sensação era de estar em um local sem manutenção adequada e sem preocupação com o conforto dos hóspedes. O mais frustrante foi que estávamos comemorando nossa lua de mel, um momento único que planejamos com carinho e expectativa.
