My family of 5 and I stayed here for 6 nights in May 2026. The property was just as described. I was a bit worried about the walls on either side of the balcony blocking the ocean view, but the balcony views are better than what the pictures show. View from the master bedroom on 3rd floor also is excellent. The ocean is close enough to the unit for us to be able to spot some dolphins from the balcony.All furniture and kitchen appliances were of high quality. The property was very functional and clean.The umbrella on the balcony didn't work, but the hostess Tracy arranged for a rental umbrella within hours after I reported it.A couple of cons to be aware of:The kids room is very good and the air hockey table was working, but our kids didn't want to sleep there because it's "far away" from the rest of the bedrooms where my wife and I were. It's also the room the front door opens to and there's no child-proof lock on the inside, so my wife and I were apprehensive also.The carpet on the stairs are dirty and could use replacement. This is the only place where there's carpet.
