Accessed from the parking via outside stairs leading to the private, gravelled terrace. Ground floor : large living room with stone walls (country-style décor) /kitchen area/ dining area/ lounge area. Shower room. WC. Small utility room. 1st floor : leisure area, 1 bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Upper floor : 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), (bunks beds). Garden furniture, barbecue, large parking area. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for gatherings (15 people). Tour of farm can be arranged. Easily accessed from the cities of L'Arbresle and Bessenay.
