The renovated rooms are really nice. Clean, bright, very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The laundry facility was so nice. I am not sure why there are any poor reviews. It’s a great place to stay.

Exterior looks older and a bit run down, but rooms are clean and recently renovated. Very nice one on your room. Bed was firm and comfortable and the place was quiet which resulted in a great night sleep. That's what counts. Would stay again.

The room I got was full of pretty bad smell of smoke, within 10mins inside I was having headache. Even though I booked a non smoke room, the front desk did nothing to help and did. not help me with changing room or refund at all. All I got was there is nothing they can do. Horrible experience.

This hotel has only recently become a "Best Western." It was very dirty (garbage in the halls, soiled carpet, soiled furniture in the room, noisy with kids running the halls, has no elevator to the second floor, and offers a so-so breakfast. It's on a noisy highway. The only redeeming feature was the check-in staff who did their best to accommodate our needs and offered to help with getting luggage to our room.
