Located almost on the Place de la Comédie (central square in the city of Montpellier) in a busy lane where you will find bars, snacks, restaurants, a tobacco shop ... etc.
FULL CENTER. Less than 5 minutes from the city's main hotspots (l'Ecusson, the Polygone shopping center, Place de la Comédie, Saint-Roch train station, etc.).
A nice F1 bis with its mezzanine overlooking a private interior courtyard in an outbuilding a classified residence. The accommodation is located on the ground floor isolated from other accommodation in the residence with an independent entrance from the rest of the building but shared with a dynamic street trader.
