Family holiday

The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by.

Great place to relax with the family

We had a really great holiday in Balaruc - Alain was really helpful on our arrival and departure. He so obviously wanted us to enjoy the house and to have a good time The house is an easy walk in to town and the bakery The equipment was all in good working order and the pool great to cool down in after a hot day at the beach We had great days in Sete around the town and then on the beaches Our favourite beach was at Frontignan a good family quite beach easy parking I would recommend this house

Wie beschrieben: PoolumzĂ€unung, Zimmer, 2 Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, einer davon auf der Strasse Mangelhaft:. Der KĂŒche benötigt eine Grundreinigung v.a. in den Schubladen. KĂŒchenboden wurde tagsĂŒber nass und musste tĂ€glich aufgeputzt werden. KĂŒhlschrank lief sehr heiss. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur als Ventilator und das auch nur im Erdgeschoss . Die Schlafzimmer waren extrem heiß und trotz MĂŒcken mussten wir nachts die Fenster (ohne Fliegengitter) auflassen, um ĂŒberhaupt irgendwie schlafen zu können. Der Herd inkl. den zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten Töpfen war unzureichend fĂŒr das Kochen fĂŒr 9 Personen (Nudelwasser hat nach 45min immer noch nicht gekocht) Im Pool, den wir selber chloren sollten, bildeten sich weiße, flockige Schwebeteile. BezĂŒglich dieser MĂ€ngel informieren wir den Vermieter, am spĂ€ten Abend wurde uns mitgeteilt er kĂ€me am nĂ€chsten Morgen um 10 Uhr, so dass wir sehr kurzfristig unser Tagesprogramm canceln mussten. Wegen sprachlicher Barrieren war es sehr zeitraubend, ihm die bestehenden Probleme zu erklĂ€ren. Abends bekamen wir nochmal eine Mail, in der die von uns beschriebenen Probleme unserer Wahrnehmung nach stark verharmlost oder dementiert wurden (z.B. sei es kein Problem, mit den vorhandenen Töpfen zu kochen etc.) Dass ein GerĂ€t unbemerkt vom Vermieter nicht mehr funktioniert, mag ja mal vorkommen, aber die Menge an MĂ€ngeln, auf die wir in diesem Haus trafen, fĂŒr eden geforderten hohen Mietpreis, ist unserer Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette trÚs agréable maison. L'équipement est complet et de bonne qualité, la literie est confortable et la maison est bien située, au calme, à environ 15 mn du centre thermal, des plages et de la ville de SÚte. Les relations avec les propriétaires ont été trÚs cordiales et ils ont fait le maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Bonjour Ă  tous et surtout aux hĂŽtes ! Super villa bien situĂ©e avec beaucoup Ă  faire autour. Petit conseil pour les futurs vacanciers, lorsque vous dĂ©sirez faire une excursion ou aller au restaurant passez tjs un coup de fil pour rĂ©server ! Et ĂȘtre sur que votre rĂ©servation est bien validĂ©e quitte Ă  demander un mail de confirmation. De cette maniĂšre vous serez que de ne pas faire de il pour rien lol Niveau plage, celle de la corniche est top. EntourĂ©e comme une petite crique de rocher l’eau est peu profonde et donc les plus petits savent s’amuser en recherchant crabes et autre sans risquer la noyade car pas de vague non plus Ă  cet endroit. 50m plus haut du bord de mer, installĂ© sur la plage vous pouvez vous restaurer ou simplement vous rafraĂźchir avec glace biĂšre cocktails soft il y a de tout! Parkings aux alentours proches de cette plage Ă©galement. Restaurant: Le petit bistro Ă©tait extra (sete un peu plus haut que la digue dans une rue Ă  cĂŽtĂ©) pareil pour l’estacade (sete au port) Rapport qualitĂ© prix on a super bien mangĂ© et Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli ! Pour faire du cheval il y a un ranch Ă  15’ impeccable et pas cher comparĂ© aux autres (35€/adulte pour 2h de balade marche trot ou galop) dans ce qui ressemble Ă  une petite Camargue ❀ Les marchĂ©s : Petits, nous avons fait celui de balaruc le vendredi matin Celui de carnon le mercredi matin (plus artisanal que celui de balaruc) et celui de sete (nocturne) mais petit aussi. On nous a conseillĂ© celui de Meze qui n’est pas si loin il serait plus grand mais pas eu le temps d’y aller. Niveau villa, un peu chaud dans les chambres (aprĂšs nous Ă©tions en pleine canicule) l’air co se trouve dans le living et il y a ventilo dans les chambres. Pour plus de confort nous laissions les portes fenĂȘtres ouvertes de nuit qui se trouvent sur le balcon des chambres de l’étage. Les chambres donnant sur l’arriĂšre sont plus fraĂźches (surtout celle d’en bas). Je recommande pour un bon sĂ©jour en famille ou entre amis ❀ Juste renseignez vous bien sur ce que vous voulez visiter et rĂ©servez ! Merci encore pour votre accueil chers hĂŽtes ❀

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist dort viel Platz, der Pool erfrischt und man kann abends auf der großen Terrasse sitzen und grillen. Der Kontakt mit dem netten Ehepaar war unkompliziert. Sie antworteten immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Man kann tolle AusflĂŒge in der Umgebung unternehmen, auch die StrĂ€nde sind toll. Ein Auto zu haben, wĂ€re aber von Vorteil. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke an Marie Claude und Alain!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison ou l'on se sent comme chez nous! Propriétaires réactifs à nos demandes lors de la réservation et trÚs sympathiques.
