On the first floor of a town house dating back to the 16th century. The quiet and comfortable apartment typical of Montpellier has air conditioning. It was renovated in spring 2014 while maintaining its original character. There is 88 m² living space and adjoining the kitchen you will find an outdoor terrace where you can take your meals al fresco. Sleeps from 2 to 4 people. The dwelling provides all modern comfort needed: fitted kitchen with oven, induction plates, dishwasher, and washing machine. Flat screen TV in the living room. Great stay!

The house was beautiful and in a great spot in Montpellier. Hosts were friendly and explained everything in helpful detail. Definitely would recommend if you want to stay in Montpellier!

Quirky and beautiful rental in the heart of Old Montpellier

We appreciated many things about the rental: the spacious living room, the loft space, the quiet air-conditioned bedrooms, the terrace, and especially the location and a beautiful part of the city. Communication and check in and check out were efficient and friendly. Some notes: the kitchen was very small (but functional), and there are stairs to manage if that is a problem. There are also a couple of low beams in the upstairs area. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again!

The photos do not do it justice! The location to Le Place Comedie, the historical center. cafes, and bakeries was better than expected. When we had breakfast on the terrace, an accordion played across the way. Everyone was patient with us, since we did not know French. Everyone was so friendly!

Fabulous Apartment in Great Location

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Montpellier. The apartment is exactly as described by the owner and has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is very clean, light and airy and full of character with all of the modern comforts needed (including air-con and Wi-Fi connection) for an enjoyable stay. The terrace is a great space for al-fresco eating and relaxing in the sun. The apartment is located in the old historic centre of Montpellier and there are lots of charming bakeries, shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance – we found great places to eat and drink (our favourite was Le Petit Jardin, close by to the Cathedral). The owner is very nice and helpful (the addition of extra sleeping accommodation on the Mezzanine worked well - the bed was very comfortable). Mrs Brémard met us at the apartment when we arrived in Montpellier. She made us feel very welcome and explained how everything worked and also helped us to book a taxi to the airport when we left which was very kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment as a fabulous place to stay and look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Montpellier.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für die Lage im Herzen der Altstadt wirklich erstaunlich ruhig. Man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die kleinen Fehler: als wir ankamen stand schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und die Küche ist sehr beengt. Lecker kochen ist schwierig. Aber es gibt gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

A beautiful apartment in an ideal location

The apartment has lots of character and has been decorated and furnished in a very tasteful manner. It is situated in an ideal location in Montpellier close to an attractive square and only a few minutes walk from all the tram routes in Place de Comedie. Highly recommended

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce bel appartement, en tous points conforme au descriptif et à l'idée qu'on s'en faisait. Rosy Rodriguez nous a très bien accueillis et est restée disponible au cas où nous aurions besoin de quoi que ce soit. De petites attentions nous attendaient (fruits frais, bouteilles d'eau, jus de fruits)...des petits plus bien appréciés. L'appartement quant à lui est effectivement bien situé et également à l'abri des bruits de la ville! parfaitement entretenu, bien équipé. Sobre et "chic" (chic dans le bon sens du terme), dans un style qui nous a tout de suite plu, nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment bien. Il mérite qu'on y revienne, se poser un peu plus et apprécier son calme et son atmosphère... Isabelle
