Séjour de 4 nuits 17 au 21/07/17
Sur ma réservation il était clairement noté : arrivée entre 9h et 17h le 17/07, départ le 21/07 12h. équipement : TV
J1 : Arrivés à 12h, nous avons dû patienter jusqu'à 13h pour l'ouverture de la réception.
A 13h on nous demande de revenir 1h plus tard car la chambre n'était pas prête -> "on savait pas quand vous alliez arriver"...
Arrivés dans la chambre, pas de TV -> il a fallu la réclamer.
J2 le chauffe-eau qui disjoncte, nous avons dû nous doucher à l'eau froide (on était avec 2 enfants).
J3 : ouf RAS !
J4 : Le pompon étant le matin du départ où à 9h30 la réceptionniste vient frapper à notre appartement en nous expliquant qu'on aurait dû partir la veille et que de ce fait on lui devait une nuit !!!
Obligés de montrer notre réservation pour lui prouver que c'était bien 4 nuits. Elle a ajouté "à quelle heure vous partez parce que là il faut que je fasse le ménage ?". Et a conclu par un "non mais eux c'est la dernière fois !!" (eux = hotel.com).
Il a encore fallu réclamer notre chèque de caution au moment de rendre les clés...
L’appartement en lui même est vieillissant (odeur, taches...), cpdt les équipements semblent + récents (vaisselle, literie, linge de lit/bain, rideau de douche, le tout en bon état). Le rapport qualité reste plutôt bon pour le lieu et la période.
1 plus pour le garage fermé qui permet de laisser son véhicule en sécurité (en suppl). 1 plus pour le wifi.
Et 1 bouteille de rosé offerte à l'arrivée.
