This establishment seemed poorly run, poorly maintenanced and not particularly clean. Upon checking in I was given a room on the second floor that was freezing with a busted heater. When I went downstairs to indicate that the temperature controls weren't working, I was told they couldn't change my room as the key card machine was broken. This suggests they put me in a room they knew had a problem. I was then told they could put me in a first floor room but that they would have to let me in manually when I might want to go in or out. I had no other options so I took the room. I lrft to get ameal and upon returning, the key card machine was "fixed". The room itself was dingy, with a severely scratched up bathroom door, a non functioning toilet, holes in the towels that appeared to be from mice or some animal and a broken soap dispenser. I took some pictures as it just kept getting worse. I left as soon asI could the next morning. I declined to try the complementary breakfast for obvious reasons.
