Le Monti - Plage à 1km

Located less than a kilometre from the beach, the Monti is a pleasant flat, fully equipped and functional.
It has all the necessary comforts for your stay: wifi (fibre optic), equipped kitchen, shower room, 2 sleeping areas, etc... Linen is not included but can be rented on site.

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor of a small residence (accessible by stairs), this 49 m² flat with mezzanine can accommodate 1 to 6 people. Access is via the veranda (17 m²), where you can have your meals if you wish.

The living room has several areas: a sitting area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and a TV, and a high table with bar stools for your breakfasts, coffee breaks or other activities.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... All the crockery and kitchen utensils you will need are available.

A double bed (140cm) with a quality mattress and box spring is located in a second sleeping area on the mezzanine.

The shower room is equipped with a vanity unit, a storage column, a toilet and a washing machine.

Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, close to the centre of Ile Rousse (8 min walk): bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, delicatessen, wine cellar, pizzeria...
The beach is less than 1 km away.

Transport
Bastia Calvi airport is about 20 km away (15 min drive).

Le Monti "Bon séjour familial à proximité de l’Ile Rousse. L’appartement correspond bien au descriptif, l’intérieur est calme, fonctionnel très propre et soigné. Il se situe à proximité d’un axe routier majeur … ce qui permet de rapidement se déplacer. Notre hôte, Marie Rose, fut adorable. Le petit bémol est peut être lié à la température estivale importante qui a rendu l’utilisation de la véranda assez difficile."

Le Monti "Wir waren soweit zufrieden ,aber die sehr hohe Bewertung teilen wir nicht ganz 🙂 Eine wirklich nette Wohnung mit Wintergarten, aber durchaus nicht außergewöhnlich! 🙁 Dusche war erst nach dem ich den total verstopften Abfluss gereinigt habe nutzbar ! Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hat mehrere Sprünge , dadurch bekommt man bei Benutzung regelmäßig eine Dusche ab. Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Abstellkammer und nicht wirklich sauber und somit nicht nutzbar . Leider nur Pay TV oder französische Sender .Die Terrassenverriegelung ist nur mit einer Holzlatte notdürftig verriegelt . Der Strand ist fußläufig nicht wirklich gut zu erreichen . Mindestens 20 Minuten Fußmarsch quer durch eine Siedlung. Mit dem Auto gibt es aber durchaus schöne Alternativen in ca.20 Minuten zu erreichen!"

Le Monti "Wir habend en Urlaub in Monticello sehr genossen: Tolle Untekunft, gemütlich, prima Wohnmöglichkeiten (Wintergarten, Schlafetage, Wohnzimmer, gutes Bad); zu Fuß konnte man vieles in L'Ile Rousse direkt erreichen (schöne Strandspaziergänge, super Restaurants, gemütliche (touristengeprägte) Alt-/ Innenstadt, Konzerte); ist eibn prima Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge zur wunderschönen Stränden, in die Berge und zu den Highlights wie Calanche, Corte, Cap Corse etc. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt!!! ... und kommen gern wieder!
