I have stayed at this property several times and find it mostly enjoyable. The upgrades, too high beds and "landing light" wall lamps are the exceptions to my joy. The lower than low toilet is another. The lady receptionist is charming, a real Southern lady! Clean room, quiet after the evening rush (Friday night), at door parking+ all add to this Key West's to my stay.

The fire alarm in my room went off when I turned on the heat. The red light was blinking but it didn't go off again. I did call the desk. She offered to move me but since it wasn't going off I decided not to bother

Staff was very welcoming, immediately made us feel appreciated. Room was very clean and comfortable. Two recommendations: The door to our room did not seal well. At night, light was shining through the door frame, all around the door. We found it difficult to get to sleep because of the ambient light in the room. The bedside lights on each side of the bed had a power outlet for our phones. However, the outlet on the left side of the bed did not work.
