In the heart of Balagne in the small village of Lunghignano, 14 km from Calvi and 20 km from Ile Rousse and facing Montegrosso. Near the villages of Cassano, Montemaggiore and Zilia. Near Calenzana and the departure of the GR 20.

Located at the entrance of the village, enjoying a panoramic terrace equipped with 2 garden tables and deckchairs, overlooking the valley and the mountain, a terraced garden, the house enjoys total independence while being 200 m from the village.

The house has on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto the terrace, a small living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the floor 1 room with a bed in 160x200, 1 room with a bed in 140x190, 1 room with a bed in 130 and a bed in 90 and a room of bath with TOILET.

Possibility to rent linen (sheets and towels) 15 euros / pers.

Possibility of cleaning during the stay 15 euros / h.

The house must be left clean, if necessary we offer a cleaning end of stay for 50 €.

SĂ©jour paisible en Balagne

Une maison parfaite pour profiter de la cĂŽte et Ă  la fois du calme. Petit village fort paisible avec en bas de la maison un moulin Ă  huile et au prochain village un lieu authentique pour manger le "Babylone". Si vous voulez manger local allez Ă  Feliceto Ă  l'auberge U Mulino et Ă  l'auberge Rimessa. Merci Ă  Michelle pour son accueil et ses bons conseils. Un lieu oĂč loger pour ses vacances en Balagne sorti du temps. Coup de coeur familial !

Unique stay in the Balagne

We very much enjoyed staying in this individually furnished house on the edge of a small village in the nature of the Balagne approx. 20 minutes away from the large and family friendly beach of Calvi. We had breakfast on the terrasse, parked our car in the drive way and made use of the air conditioning to cool down our beedrooms before going to sleep. The house was clean and we were welcomed very friendly.

Au cƓur de la Balagne!

Maison avec du charme, trĂšs bien situĂ©e au calme Ă  proximitĂ© des villages de Longhignano et Cassano. Des petits chemins trĂšs agrĂ©ables Ă  emprunter. Grande terrasse ombragĂ©e avec belle vue sur la montagne et le village de Montemaggiore, un peu trop masquĂ©e peut-ĂȘtre par d'imposants yuccas. Deux salles de bains refaites rĂ©cemment. Seuls problĂšmes : l'escalier en bois craque beaucoup, la cuisine mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre rĂ©amĂ©nagĂ©e, ainsi que les marches extĂ©rieures. Pour autant, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour ! Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil efficace et chaleureux de Michelle, ses bons conseils et sa grande disponibilitĂ© ! Merci Ă  elle !

petit coin de paradis avec superbe vue sur Montegrosso et village Corse

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette maison trĂšs agrĂ©able: belle terrasse avec vue, ombre des arbres, transat au soleil et vue sur le village de Montemaggiore. Calme, chants des oiseaux le soir. 15 mn des plages et de la forĂȘt. Equipement complet, climatisation apprĂ©ciable, mais la maison est aussi fraĂźche. Juste pour le cĂŽtĂ© pratique comme le chemin monte raide derriĂšre la maison, vous pouvez vous garer prĂšs du moulin (vente huile d'olive) juste dessous. Le point fort est la vue sur la montagne. Je recommande vivement!!! la balagne est magnifique et authentique!!!prenez le temps d'Ă©changer avec RenĂ© un proche voisin Corse trĂšs sympa si on prend le temps de discuter et de s'intĂ©resser un peu (maison la plus proche dessous)

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Lunghigano verbracht. Das Haus hat alles und noch vieles mehr, was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf braucht. Die wunderbare großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick lĂ€d zur jeder Tageszeit zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maison de vacances agréable dans une environnement sympa

Maison à proximité de la mer proche de jolis villages. Terrasse trÚs agréable entourée de végétation et d'un grand pin avec belle vue sur les montagnes. Maison de charme bien équipée. A noter que : - pour une famille avec des enfants en bas ùge qui marchent, il manque des sécurisations sur les escaliers extérieurs en pierre (terrasse) et intérieur - la place de parking était inaccessible sauf pour un 4X4 du fait d'un ravinement dû aux pluies

Belle vue

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e dans ce petit village de Lunghignano, au calme et Ă  la vue trĂšs reposante. Nous Ă©tions en famille avec 2 bĂ©bĂ©s de 1 an, nous avons sĂ©curisĂ© la belle terrasse car il y a des escaliers en pierre assez dangereux . Nous sommes ravis de cette location , de l’accueil de Michelle et de notre voisin RenĂ© qui vous conte la Corse . La Balagne est belle et pas trĂšs loin de la mer. Cette maison nous laissera un trĂšs bon souvenir. Merci

Magnifique séjour

Un grand merci à Dominique pour cette maison idéalement située, au calme tout en étant à 20mn de Calvi et sa disponibilité pour préparer notre arrivée. Un grand merci également à Michelle pour ses délicates attentions, ses précieux conseils et son sourire. Ne rùtez pas le Barbylone, petit resto de Cassano, à 5mn de la maison, avec son veau local à tomber et sa carte savoureuse. Grùce à tous, notre séjour et la découverte de Calvi et ses environs resteront un magnifique souvenir!

Schön gemĂŒtlich!

Ruhig, sauber! Leider zu harte Matratzen. Kleines Manko ist auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Da wĂŒrde es Sinn machen den Weiler Lunghignano zu nennen. Und eine Aussenbeleuchtung fĂŒr den Hauszugang sollte angebracht werden. Aber unterm Strich, hat ansonsten alles Topp geklappt. Schöne Lage, Ausstattung vom Haus perfekt, Wi-Fi, deutsches Fernsehprogramm, alles vorhanden! Ist zu empfehlen, gerne wieder! Viele GrĂŒĂŸe Christiane und Jens Neef
