We were very disappointed with our stay. We were given the wrong room upon arrival. Though we didn’t mind until we saw the cleanliness of this room. Floors weren’t mopped, counters weren’t wipes and towels were dirty. We were able to get another room after asking. Every time we would call to get stock on our refreshments or towels and toilet paper they would never answer and if they did it took them several hours to get what we needed. The pool was my favorite part. Dining was not good at all. Food was very distasteful. We never ate at the resort which I would highly recommend anyway, but expect it to be pricey if you are not driving your own car, or plan to get extras to put in your fridge, but remember there is no microwave.

Loved our upgraded sea view room it was truly beautiful. I was unhappy with the excess amount i had to pay for the upgrade it was not clear that the price was per night and subject to fluctuating prices so do read the small print. The entire staff of all grades were wonderful friendly kind and helpful thank you! This is an amazing hotel so beautiful with such a homely atmosphere even my 85 year old mum felt comfortable. Few niggles there was limited tea bags and no kettle. The reason that i booked this hotel was for the Spa so i was very disappointed to find that there was no access to the Spa only for paid treatments. This should have been clearly stated in the hotel info. However it must be said that the sheer quantity and quality of food was good and there was something for everyone Lots to keep everyone entertained as well. A lovely place to come with a family group we'll be back !

This hotel is terrible don't even bother booking here. I checked in on September 20, 2025 and you think arriving at a hotel you would receive a great welcome. The staff that checked us in was horrible no welcome no smile. She didn't remind us that we need to make reservations at the restaurants. She just showed us a QR code and said this is your map for the hotel. Also she forgot to give us a card for the beach/ pool towels. Room: The room had a bad smell and we asked the guy that brought the luggage how we can get some air freshener. He said call the front desk that when we notice no phone was in the room. They brought the phone later but it took 3 complaint before I got dial tone on day 4. There wasn't any body wash in the bathroom as I forgot to take mine out the suitcase on the 1st day. I not sure but the room floors are always dusty and I take my shoes at the door. The floors in the washroom didn't look clean so the entire stay I kept sock on. The shower head was horrible and needed replaced and then the new one broken again by the water pressure in the silver cord on the last night. The mattress wasn't comfortable and the pillows are too flat. I needed 3 for firmness. The wall are very thin if you get what I'm saying. From the outside a beautiful property. My toilet clogged. I have never stayed in a resort where there are signs not to flush the toilet paper. At the buffet the bacon was burnt every morning. There was never any plaintain. Dunplings came on Sunday but by the time i went for breakfast at 8.30 they were finished. The pancakes were also burnt. Thought i would be getting fresh juice only for it to be a powder. Most of the staff was friendly.
