House contemporary eco-construction in 7km from the centre of Chambery. Hamlet very calm in the countryside on a family property of 20ha. Superb unspoilt meadows & forests. Exposed hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm. Beautiful view. Charming cottage in eco-construction (positive energy house labeled Ecogite) 7km from the center of Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History.
