After-hours checking-in system that doesn't work!

Impossible to check in on the automatic checking-in machine, as I arrived after 9pm. Having been told, when I called earlier, that as I had paid for the room online, all I would need to do was to pay the 99cts 'city tax' with my credit card in the machine .. not possible! It kept refusing payment! By the time someone eventually came to help me, after I'd phoned the emergency number, I was near to tears! Tired and frustrated at the stupid system that doesn't work ..having stood by the machine for nearly an hour, trying to get my room key, which I had already paid for!

A utilitarian hotel, does.the job well. Bed was comfy, but not a lot of space in the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel next door for food, but not much else close by unless you have a car. Easy to find though, and easy to get to Grenoble from.the hotel.

These hotels are budget so you don't expect much ehen you get there! Location is good for the airport it's about a 20 min drive. Room was ok but smelt of cigarettes which wasn't pleasant but otherwise ok.

Basic, but that's what you expect. This is one of the older Premiere Classe with the third bunk overhead. Still comfortable and clean, powerful shower. So OK.

Good enough

Needed a cheap hotel near the airport and this did just fine. Functional room. Clean enough and comfortable enough. Wouldn't want to spend any more time here than for sleeping. Quiet area at night but noise from other guests doors was loud at night and first thing - this is an airport hotel so used at all hours. No reception but a machine and yet this worked brilliantly.
