Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights due to my nephew’s funeral. The staff was nice, except for the maintenance guy!! He refused to fix our air conditioner! We stayed in a hot room for 2 days and his response was unless the building was on fire, he was not setting foot back in the place. He should have fixed it before he left! Very Unprofessional!!!! Other residents told me that they complain all of the time and nothing is done!!!😡 I kept working on the ac myself and could get it to run for Very short bursts!

Wow! It’s the worst I’ve stayed in. The called when I was about 6 hours into an 8 hour trip to say Travelocity didn’t check with them and they didn’t have a room for me because they had two with air conditioners that went out. Manager said she would call me back as she would make it right. I never got the call so I called back and she said they had a room for me. We check in and the first thing I notice is the room number given to me was not on the directional sign at all, so it must be a “back up in case we screw up” room. We get in and layout wise, room looks like the picture but everything is garbage. Headboards were scratched horribly and look awful. The nightstand trim was completely missing on both sides. Blinds didn’t close all the way and we were on the bottom floor. Refrigerator was dented and very scuffed. In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper holder, thus the roll of toilet paper just sat on the back of the commode. Bathroom counter was scratched up and there was a long black or brown hair in the shower. I’ll be calling for a refund as it was just horrible.

Was there on a Fri eve. Very noisy, paper thin walls, rug between the beds was filthy. Kids running up and down the halls unattended. Bed and pillows were ok, just couldn't sleep due to noise. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine but otherwise bath facilities were fine. Got me once but won't get me again.

Close to the beach.

There was a blood stain on my pillow case. There was blood in the bottom of the tub. I had to call front desk once I checked in so they could send a housekeeper up to my room. I have experience in housekeeping so I know what to look for and what to expect whenever I stay in a hotel. Once the housekeep got to my room I cleaned the bathroom myself since they were incapable of cleaning it correctly the first time. There was blood around the drain of my tub in which is was very visible I don't understand how anyone could've missed that and there was hair all over my shower. It was horrible and I would never recommend anyone staying there especially if you have children. This hotel was so disgusting and I know for a fact they wouldn't pass an inspection.

Unclean sheets

Pros: Price
Cons: Unclean sheets
Location: Nothing to do nearby but it is near I-10
I wanted to like this place. It is minimal but the price was good. However there were enough hairs on my sheets that I had to assume they either forgot to wash them or their washing machines are weak. Luckily I had an air mattress, sleeping bag and inflatable pillow in my car, so I slept on the floor :/

Twice management came to our door saying neighbor complained on is about noise. I don't know who was making it of Anyone. But I was more upset about the way it was handled and demeanor of manager. Will NEVER stay there again.
