The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room had a smell like old wet carpet or smoking. Location was perfect for my trip.

Could not check in. Power failure and no back up generator. Sent me to Hilton and did not honor rate.

The first room we were placed in was a smoking room, and we were told that if we booked thru a third party, they would always assign a smoking room to you even if it was not requested ie an "inferior" room. Once we asked to be moved, we were moved to another room of the same class. However, there was a water line break on that floor, and we were not informed. When we got a drink from the faucet that evening, the water was brown :-(.

They had no quarters at the front desk when I had need of getting change to use the washer and dryer. Have never had this happen before. Not good.
