It was clean and a great location. It was not well suited for 8 adults. When it says it sleeps 8 people, it does not mean adults. The beds felt very crammed in.

Great property close to Moab

We loved the space for our large family and the close proximity to all the activities we wanted to do near Moab. There were plenty of beds for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the private hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well equipped and had lots of beds! The hot tub was amazing to relax in after a long day out and about!
