I don't usually review properties since most are decent and as expected. That wasn't the case this time.I'll start by saying that the unit is on the inside of the property so the truck noise isn't bad. It's next to the hot tub so do expect some noise, especially at night.Here's where the problems started. The front door area is super dark since the outside light bulb is barely working. We had to use our cell phone lights to enter the door code every time. When we got inside, the inside door handle was lying on the floor. I had tools so I reinstalled it. Then we noticed that two slats were missing on the slider's vertical blinds. This left a 6" opening for anyone outside to see directly into the living area by the couch...not ideal at all. I sent this information to the property management company but they never responded. Moving on... I went to turn on the floor lamp in the living room and realized that the bulb was missing. We tried to get the Dish TV service working on the TV but couldn't. Maybe user error on my part but doubtful. The dishwasher is completely askew. Not a big deal but it could easily be fixed. I reached out to the property management company and asked them if anyone had been inside recently to inspect...no response again.The master bed mattress and pillows are plastic covered and pretty lousy. The outside light gets past the cheap blinds so I used pillows to block the light at nightI've been home for a few days and still no response from them.
