Fall break getaway

2nd stay in this condo. Perfect for our family and the activities we enjoy while visiting! This year we had a couple of maintenance issues which were handled very quickly and barely impacted our stay. Shout out to Henry the handy man!!

Spring Break

Very spacious 3 bedroom. It had everything we needed and the golf cart was a bonus. Beds were comfy and the space was clean. Convenient location and property manager was super attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Seascape. This unit had a very peaceful view of a pond and the golf course. We loved that the pickleball courts were an easy walk away and there is a great pickleball community there. Loved the kitchen, had everything we needed to cook and bake. And most of all the property managers are amazing and very responsive to any need you might have!

It’s always a Gimmie for us!

We absolutely love this place because it feels like home to us. Everything you need is provided. The condo is clean and ready for family fun. My grandson loves walking out the patio door and getting on his bike, throwing a football, or fishing in the pond. We have left the building, but we’ll be back. Thank you !!

Golf Tee Lane #26F ~ It's a Gimmie

This place sure was a gimmie! Perfect location and the golf cart was a plus. Well appointed rental home, comfortable beds, easy check-in, responsive hosts. The only negative would be errant golf balls, but comes with renting on a golf course.

Excellent Stay

The house was very clean and well maintained.It felt like home. The golf cart was handy for getting to the beach. We appreciated the privacy of this location, had fun watching the golfers from the patio in the morning and would definitely stay at this property again and in the same unit. Thank you

What a wonderful place to stay.

My wife has decided Miramar / Destin is now our go-to family vacation spot. Our children and I agree and "It's a gimme" is the perfect location. We wish it were a tiny bit closer to the beach but with the golf cart, it wasn't a difficulty. The house was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen that had all we needed for our "eat -in" nights. I hope this house is available next year on out family vacation schedule.

Fall break getaway

It's a gimme is a beautiful spacious condo equipped with everything needed for a comfortable relaxing getaway. Loved no stairs and the split floor plan. Also appreciated the bonus activity coupons and the very useful golf cart. We stay in seascape every fall and this has been our favorite condo. Very clean! We will be staying again!

It’s a Gimme

I do not often leave reviews, but because I was so impressed with this place I feel like it is very much worth my time! We absolutely loved our time at this unit and it fit our needs perfectly! The owner was so quick to respond with any questions we had! The place was very clean and was so well taken care of! The golf cart made getting around effortlessly and our little guy enjoyed riding it around the resort probably more than anything else we done! I can say that when we return to the area we will not even look to stay anywhere else! The location (with the golf cart) was amazing!!!! “It’s a GIMME” we will stay here again!!!

Seascape Condo

We have stayed at Seascape for the past 3 years for fall break and it has been great every time. I seem to find a better place every year. This year we had a golf cart and it was fantastic! We only had a minor issue with the Condo and it was taken care of immediately and we even got comped a dolphin cruise which was really fun! I want to book the same place for next year if possible.

Beyond expectations

The reservation process was very easy. The communication was great. Our condo was very nice, clean and was close to the beach, local dining and was easily accessible. I do not think I could say enough about our stay and the process. No complaints and , we had one issue with a clogged drain and someone was at our for in no time at all to fix it . Awesome !!!

Loved being a snowbird!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 4 weeks and found it to be a great location. The condo is the perfect set up for either entertaining or quiet evenings. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes many times but absolutely preferred the condo. resort is very walkable to take advantage of the pools, tennis, fishing or pickle, ball. The restaurants in the shopping center are wonderful so you don’t have to travel far to take advantage of not cooking. The patio furniture could definitely use some updating & the management company was a little slow to respond on an issue after we checked out but everything is resolved. Overall would highly recommend this place.

The Time of Our Lives

We took a trip to Miramar looking for an amazing condo that felt like home, we found it. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by a beautiful living space and a gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the golfers and drinking our morning coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean, the master bathroom was amazing. We had another family with us and with the layout of the home we never felt on top of each other, we had plenty of space. The kitchen was great and stocked with literally everything you needed to cook which we did multiple days. The condo owners also gave us use of their 6 seat golf cart, which was extremely helpful, we took it everywhere, to the store, to dinner, shopping at the outlet mall near by. It was great. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. If you’re lucky enough to book here, do it! We are already planning our next trip to this beautiful home.
