I wasn’t aware medium age of travelers is like 80. Rooms are VERY outdated. They say there are 8 pools. More like one pool and 7 hot tubs. The Capri restaurant on site has great food at affordable prices. I see some reviews saying food is expensive but I’m not sure where u get a breakfast for 10-12$ or dinner sub 20 that tastes absolutely amazing..

The place is run down a bit but the service was great. The pools were worth it and the people working there make you want to come back .

Everything about this place is excellent but there is one major flaw the hot water in the shower is lukewarm at best. I stayed for 3 days and no hot water for 3 days even when I switched to different rooms. But still overall this place is recommendable. Oh and the restaurant in the lobby named Capri is excellent “Food,price and service” is exceptionally good I recommend dining in on them when staying. They open from 7am to 8pm and breakfast is from 7am till 11:30am. There’s plenty of time to checkout and still make it for breakfast.

In disrepair. No cheap hotel should be given grace for disrepair. Don’t care how cheap the room is. Man at counter needs customer service class. Very robotic and inhuman upon check in. No greeting. No explanation of the property. Not welcoming like other times we visited. Trash in bushes. Maintenance needs to be more thorough. AC UNIT WAYYYYY TOO BOISEY IN ROOM.

The facilities are old, the carpets are dirty, and they account for $10.42 a day for resort fees... The water quality of the pool and jacuzzi is slightly drab. I hope you take this into account and travel.

A long time visitor. It used to be a lot better. Unfortunately no regulation on noisy smoking vaping people. Pools are now dirtier.

We love this spa for the quiet environment, great AC, comfy beds and healing waters. The hot tubs were not as hot as usual this time, but you can visit the next door sister spa which had hotter tubs. Friendly staff all around. I left very relaxed.

Some of the hot spring pools were dirty and all appeared to be standard poolside chlorinated hot tubs. We were expecting natural water flow from mineral springs below the earths surface. We could be wrong but that is what seemed to be the case.
