The housekeeping is not speaking English; therefore they should immediately report that to their manager who is able to speak English: the cleaning lady arrived at 15:00 we kindly asked her to come back in 5 min. She showed up in 1h, when we were already back to our room. We suggested at 17:00 she said they are going home at that time. So day 1 our room was not cleaned.
Second issue we went to the pool at 15:10 and the spa reception didn’t let our child to the indoor pool, saying it is allowed only from 9-12; I would like to highlight that at check in reception never mentioned that to us. As you can imagine we are dealing with a child, who was waiting for this pool time all day long. We had to go to the outside pool, which is cold after you go from the water.
Thirdly I was asking three times the reception to ask house keeping to fulfill the hair conditioner, as there was none since the day 1. It was done after my third reminder on a third day.
Fourthly nothing was prepared for our child no slippers no bathrobe either at the arrival.
Overall they could give us a room facing quite area inside the hotel, and not facing the noise on the road.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a family stay.
