With a floor area of 45 m², this ground-floor flat comprises a living area with sofa, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 cabin, and a bathroom with bath. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a shared swimming pool.

Located in a holiday residence, the flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed as follows:
- Bright living area thanks to its large bay window overlooking the terrace, furnished with a sofa, coffee tables, furniture and flat-screen TV.
- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with: dining table with 4 seats, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery...

Por un lado, tuvimos el caso de un sillón que era diferente al de la foto (y bastante más feo). Nos dijeron que lo tuvieron que cambiar de urgencia y que de todas formas las fotos no implican compromisos contractuales. Más allá de ese caso, la impresión que da el lugar en las imágenes no es la misma que uno tiene cuando está ahí."

La communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite et toujours très agréable. Un endroit au calme, que je recommande vivement. 🙁 Attention, la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Il y'a (à Mimizan bourg) une usine de papier et quand le vent vient des terres, l'odeur peut être désagréable. Et juste pour info, quelques photos ne sont plus d'actualité (mais ça reste un appartement très agréable et confortable)"

Ondine L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement était parfait - à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. Avoir une place de parking privée était un vrai plus (même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre voiture pendant notre séjour). Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le code de la boîte à clés à l'arrivée qui a été immédiatement résolu par téléphone avec l'hôte qui était très réactif, serviable et accueillant. Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau cet appartement lors de notre prochaine séjour à Mimizan Plage!

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos; habitación principal amplia con cama cómoda y armario grande. Baño con bañera y aseo. Y salón cocina perfectamente equipada. La terraza es una maravilla y está, literalmente, a 10 pasos de la piscina. Nosotros nos alojamos con un bebé de 3 meses y nos facilitaron cuna, bañera e incluso trona. Mimizan Plage es una zona muy tranquila, con enormes y preciosas playa, con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes localizados en 4-5 calles principales de las cuales el apartamento está al lado. La verdad, un sitio más que recomendable y apropiado para unos días de playa y relax. Si podemos, volveremos."
