Dommage pour le bruit

L'appartement est bien équipé mais la déco est vraiment nulle. Abat-jour dans la chambre sale et prêt à tomber. Cadres fixés au mur, mobilier dépareillé, table "bidouillée" par un apprenti bricoleur etc.... eau pas très chaude. Point positif il y a tout le nécessaire . Nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants qui faisaient la fête jusqu'à 2 h du matin. Et puis, la mauvaise odeur de la papeterie a un peu gâché le séjour. Mais ça ce n'est pas un problème llié à l'appart en lui-même.
