Gorgeous setting! House has lovely decks for enjoying the scenery and fresh air. Indoors is also spacious and comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond about a missing supply item. The main issue with this rental is that parking spaces are insufficient for the house size. There is only 1 guaranteed spot in the driveway, plus a small gravel roadside spot that felt unsafe to me & my guests (the gravel was several inches lower than the pavement, so we weren't sure we could exit the space). There are precious few other spots in the neighborhood, so you might have to park far away. If you want to come & go from the house and can't fit your whole party in 1 car, it could be a real hassle. Another thing to be aware of is that the "main" level is down a full flight of stairs. We had some octogenarians in our group, so accessibility was important. The outdoor stairs on the left side of the house worked ok (better handrail than the stairs on the other side).
