Perfect spot, very chill

The place is in a university/trendy neighborhood, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, not too touristy but close enough to everything. 10 minute walk to shopping and tourist areas, and on the streetcar line. Great amenities for a long term stay, but still convenient enough for a shorter one. Liked it, would stay again.

No le doy 5 estrellas porque no se me aviso que eran 6 pisos que trnia que subir. Llevaba 2 maletas de 10 kilos y una de 23 kilos. Fue super agotador. Por los demas perfecto. Me ahorro mucho en mi estadia. Pude cocinar dentro del apartamento, y comprar todo gracias a los supermercados cerca.

El apartamento queda en un quinto piso y no hay ascensor, por lo que subir las maletas es complicado, además el check in toca realizarlo en una dirección distinta a la del sitio. El apartamento es cómodo para dos personas, sin embargo no es muy limpio, los cubiertos estaban pegachentos por lo que no pudimos usar la cocina

Ho prenotato un appartamento ma mi hanno dirottato su di un altro. Brutto, sporco e piccolo . Attenzione ai prezzi: ci sono 30 euro per le pulizie quindi alla fine, se prenotate per un giorno o due giorni pagate quanto un 4 stelle. Se trascorrete più giorni pagate un mare di soldi e non avete neanche colazione e pulizie al prezzo di un B&B. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

108 gradini (5° piano) per raggiungere il monolocale,senza ascensore, non segnalati nell'offerta, sono eccessivi. Bagno angusto e scarico piatto doccia parzialmente otturato. Spese pulizia camera (€30) sproporzionate, dopo una notte di soggiorno, il cui costo è di €59.
