This hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale, super convenient for short stays. Did not feel unsafe walking at night. Local atmosphere, conveniently close to laundromat and groceries. Transit anywhere in the city easily. Unfortunately only half of the e property has been renovated. Rooms in the back of the hotel are needing upgrades. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Impeccable location, direct lines of trams, buses, and 2-min walk to central train station, surrounded by restaurants. Bathroom in our room is fairly small, so if you enjoy extended time in the shower, be mindful water might overflow just because it won’t drain soon enough

I required check in during the night, and the staff were so helpful and understanding when I called ahead to explain my flight had been delayed. Check in was really smooth and easy so we could go straight to the room and go to bed. The hotel is in a great location for Centrale station and other transport such as the metro, bus routes and trams

The property is very close to the central train station. However, it could use some renovation, especially the taps and showers. Expedia mentioned that it has a laundry facility, but there isn’t one.

The reason why I am not giving this hotel a five star is because the shower does not have a door which made our bathroom very wet. The staff are friendly and kind. Close to the train station.
