The room was ok, no water bottles provided and the WiFi didn’t reach the fifth floor however that was minor. The issue we faced was with the items in our room disappearing. The cleaner knocked on our door repeatedly until we woke up, so I answered the door thinking it was an emergency but she seemed to say she wanted us out so she could clean. Understandably, that is her job but I told her not to worry about cleaning it as we didn’t really want to be rushed out of our room. When we did leave that day, we came back to a bag of shopping we had bought the previous day, missing. This was clearly not a rubbish bag, a H&M bag full of items from Sephora, Lego and other bits. The staff did not seem to want to help when we asked them about this, but somehow the bag turned up and we were given it back when checking out. Granted, it was returned to us but with no explanation or apology, it was a bit of a weird experience. Our passports or money could have been in that bag for all they knew.

Where do I start? The hot water can only be turned up to lukewarm, despite leaving a note to ask for the shampoo to be refilled it was not and no internet for at least 24hrs. On my he other side breakfast was good. It was also located close to the train station which was one of the reasons we chose this.

The toom was clean and the twin bed I had was comfortable for my two night stay. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the water dispenser right on my hotel floor. Bathroom sink faucet did splash everywhere.

Good enough for an overnight or short Milan stay; interesting layout / maze how to get to 4th floor. Tiny elevator 1-to-4, took stairs. Good shower, comfy bed, clean room and bath. Good breakfast selection and pleasant staff, great location to Milano Centrale. Front desk ladies very nice.

It seemed nice at first, but then we got to know the hotel! 1. The room walls were dirty and in rough shape which was a turn off 2. The toilet wouldn't flush and 3. we had issues with the heat- it was so hot and they couldn't fix it, despite numerous complaints. This meant we had to have the window open on a noisy street. 4. A big issue was that there was no hot water in the morning! We were getting ready to go to breakfast but there was no hot water. I need to heat my eyes for medical reasons each morning- couldn't do it without hot water. 5. I had to take a cold shower. We mentioned it to the desk at check out, and were told that they had just turned the hot water on a short time ago and there would be some soon... ummm what??? Some how they managed to make breakfast for everyone, but didn't expect guests to shower first??? Very disappointing indeed.

Good location if you want to be close to the main train station, guy on reception was very friendly & really helpful when we asked him questions. We didn’t have breakfast instead opting for a coffee & pastry next door which was an experience Lift was very small
