It’s decent but the check in staff is terrible. I stayed two separate days and did two check ins on the same hotel. Every time they introduced a new thing my trip became more difficult and wasted a bunch of time and Ive never seen these documents and details at any hotel I’ve stayed at during my 10 days trip.

Conveniently located. Friendly personal. Very clean. We stayed in a double bedroom and the only thing (and arguably understandable in a city like Milan where space is expensive) was that the room was a little small, making it a harder for a family of four to be completely comfortable.

Only had one very small issue in one of our rooms and the staff was quick to fix above what we had asked for. Overall it is a very good hotel. Just a bit out of the way.

It was a clean property but two key issues mase the experience bad for us. 1) The AC was not working. This was terrible. We checked-in earlier than scheduled time but the AC was not working. We were told that it will work after some time but when we came back at night, it still wasn't working. We had to shift the room all on our own at 10.30pm. very disappointing. 2) The property is far from the central station or any underground train station. A Bus stand is there after 6-7 minute walk, which takes us to any strain station. It was inconvenient.
