This was my convenient place to stay close to the train station, because it’s only a 5 minutes walk. The staff was excellent and very polite. The breakfast is good and the room was clean. The air conditioning wasn’t great. But for the price and location, it’s a good place to consider.

The hotel had s beautiful garden and very good breakfast where you can choose any coffee and the staff lady would fix it for you!!!The only downside is the bathroom that was very small but w/a real shower head rather than a douche handle attached as it is so common in Europe.

The hotel to Milan Centrale station is around 10 mins walk at least.. but the walking distance wasn’t felt too safe for me.. however, the hotel staffs are super friendly, and the room are not bad, you get what you need for this price. And the breakfast is awesome too.

Temprature in milan was 35 degrees and the air conditioning wasn’t working, asked them why?? The answer was because yesterday was cold and tomorrow will be moderate so we wont turn the ac on!! The most non sense excuse !!

The hotel title should be done under trade name.

Hotel room was so small built for a twelve year old. The shower delivered very hot water then immediately stone cold. Booked two days then second day had only one towel each left. Breakfast was a poultry few pastries and that was it. Found dried blood on pillow and sheets. Not a very nice place to stay. Avoid unless you are desperate.

The location was great, not far from the ciity was walking distance. The lady at the front counter was veery helpful and so nice. Breakfast was delicious and a nice bonus to have it supplied. The only thing, for me personally, was that I found the room hot during the night (and I didn't have the heater on) not a big deal at all. Considering the location and breakfast supplied it was a bargain and woukd recommend this to anyone

2 days in Milan, Italy

It's a basic Hotel. A few stains in shower, a small bad odor in bathroom. Beds are basic, a little on the uncomfortable side. Triple room somewhat small. Breakfast was excellent, staff very courteous, garden is beautiful for a coffee and cigarette 😀. Very close to Central Station, and about 20-30 minutes walk to Duomo. Many restaurants in the area. Surroundings are not nice, graffiti everywhere, but apparently that's "normal" in Milan, as is in Rome. Not the Hotel's fault, granted, but had to mention it. All in all, I would go back to this Hotel, it is a very good value.

I booked a couple of weeks in advance. When I arrived (about 2pm) I was told there was a problem with my reservation - which they blamed on Expedia - but that I shouldn't worry as they guaranteed they would find something for me. I was told to come back about 7pm. I came back about 5pm and was again told they were working on it and that I neded to come back later. When I suggested forgetting about it and that it would be easier for me just to book myself into a hotel near the airport, from where I was leaving from next morning, the guaranteed room immediately became available in the sister hotel next door! (Hotel The Best did allow me to leave my luggage, use their wifi, and bathroom during this afternoon) As for the room next door it was decent enough and I got a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my one half day in Milan was kind of ruined by the supposed mix-up.
