We stayed only one night, the hotel was loveley, but upon our arival coming out of the metro station (Warner) someone tryed to steel my walet from my pocket, good thing I cought him before he get away and got it back.

Its a great spot, but very noisy with the busy road, the trams going till 1am and starting again at 5am. You will not get much sleep

Overall good experience. Safe neighborhood, room is a little small but comfy and clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is really great! The only thing is that it is close to subway, so the noise of trains is a bit loud when they are passing by. Convenient location, about 5 min walk to M1 subway stations and bus stations. Many restaurants near by.

Great hotel, great service and a wonderful roof terrace for breakfast (very nice scrambled eggs!). There are very few free parking spaces so parking will probably be €22 a day in nearby secure car park, or on the street. Best local restaurants are Caprese and Happy Days, both on Via Marghera, 5 min walk away.

Very helpful staff. Location was very walkable. Breakfast was very good served on a rooftop patio with both indoor and outdoor seating. Great selection and fresh specialty coffee made for you. Hotel has an elevator. Room was clean. Unique for us was only 1 room key that needed to be left at front desk when going out for the day and a city hotel tax that needed to be paid in cash upon checking out. Would recommend this hotel for many reasons including the extremely helpful staff.

We stayed at Hotel Metro for two nights in Room 206. Unfortunately, the room felt quite congested and dark, with only one window that was permanently locked from the outside, so there was no natural sunlight during the day. The room also had an old, musty smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast area on the terrace level—it was a lovely setting to start the day. The staff were also very nice and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was just okay; the hospitality was great, but the room conditions left a lot to be desired.
